    This Privacy Policy and Security Policy applies to all of Dmove's products and is intended to inform you about how we treat customer information provided to us and how we collect, process, use, share, control and protect the information you provide to us.We explain how we collect personal information, why we collect it, how we use and share it, the steps we take to protect this information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use our products and services and do not interact with any other aspect of our business. By submitting information to us in any way, using our systems, products or services (the “Services”), or interacting with us through recruitment, events, sales and/or marketing, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information.

 

  1. Consent to Privacy Policy
    Dmove will protect your information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. We do not and will not have access to customer data other than information provided on the Atlassian Marketplace for product evaluation or purchase. Therefore, we do not use data for analytics or otherwise, except for data that has been anonymized by Atlassian.
    In addition, no personal data is stored or passed to third parties in our cloud apps - only meta and configuration data is stored using anonymized user IDs. The app fetches all relevant data from the cloud and calculates all data directly in the user's browser.

 

  1. Information Protection
    The Company may change these Terms if there is a reasonable reason, and if the Terms are changed, they shall take effect together with the current Terms by specifying the date of application and the reason for revision.

 

  1. Terms Amendment Procedure
    Members may stop using the Service if they do not agree to the changed Terms.
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply as a condition of your continued participation with Dmove corporation or continued use of our website, software or services.
