1. Policy Overview

This policy describes the methods by which the add-on Moves Signature for Jira and JSM ("The Add-on") collects, uses, retains, and discloses information from users. By using this Add-on, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this policy.

 

2. Types and Purposes of Information Collected

The Add-on may process the following two types of information.

A. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

  • The Add-on does not collect or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as the user's name, email address, phone number, or IP address.

B. Non-Personal Identification Information (Non-PII)

  • The Add-on stores functional configuration and signature-related data (Non-PII) necessary for maintaining feature settings and operating the signature functionality. This information is securely stored, encrypted within the Atlassian internal app storage, and is inaccessible to anyone, including the developer.

 

3. Use and Sharing of Information

A. Use of Information

  • The information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing the core functionality of Moves Signature for Jira and JSM and for service improvement.

 

B. Sharing of Information and Third Parties

  • Third-Party Service Providers: The Add-on may utilize Sentry to collect error logs and usage statistics (Non-PII) for the purpose of service quality improvement and error diagnosis. Sentry has access to this information only to the extent necessary to perform its functions, and the collected information is not used for user identification.

 

4. Data Security

The Add-on protects the collected information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure by storing the data encrypted within the storage provided by Atlassian. Therefore, the data security of The Add-on adheres to the Atlassian Cloud Data Encryption Policy.

 

5. User Control and Access

You may cease using and delete the Add-on at any time. Upon deletion of the Add-on, all user setting data stored in the Atlassian-provided storage will be immediately deleted.

 

6. Changes to this Policy

This policy may be changed from time to time. Should the policy be updated, we will notify users through this page. In the event of substantial changes to the policy, notification will be provided through the Add-on Release Notes and on this policy page.

  • 위의 정보는 Atlassian 내부 앱 저장소에 암호화 되어 안전하게 저장되며, 개발사를 포함한 어느 누구도 접근할 수 없습니다.

 

3. 정보의 사용 및 공유

A. 정보의 사용

  • 수집된 정보는 오직 Moves Signature for Jira and JSM의 핵심 기능을 제공하고 개선하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

 

B. 정보의 공유 및 제3자

  • 제3자 서비스 제공업체: 본 애드온은 서비스 품질 개선 및 오류 진단을 위해 Sentry를 사용하여 오류 로그 및 사용 통계(Non-PII)를 수집할 수 있습니다. Sentry는 해당 기능을 제공하는 데 필요한 범위 내에서만 정보에 접근하며, 수집된 정보는 사용자 식별에 사용되지 않습니다.

 

4. 데이터 보안 (Data Security)

본 애드온은 수집된 정보가 손실, 오용, 무단 접근 또는 공개되지 않도록 보호하기 위해 Atlassian에서 제공하는 저장소에 데이터를 암호화 하여 보관합니다. 따라서 본 애드온의 데이터 보안은 Atlassian의 클라우드 데이터 암호화 정책을 따릅니다.(Atlassian 클라우드의 데이터 암호화 정책)

 

5. 사용자 통제 및 접근

귀하는 언제든지 본 애드온의 사용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다. 애드온을 삭제하는 경우, Atlassian에서 제공하는 저장소에 저장된 모든 사용자 설정 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다.

 

6. 본 정책의 변경

본 정책은 때때로 변경될 수 있습니다. 정책이 변경되는 경우, 본 페이지를 통해 사용자에게 알릴 것입니다. 정책이 실질적으로 변경되는 경우, 애드온 릴리즈 노트 및 본 페이지(정책 페이지) 를 통해 공지할 것입니다.
